Ansu has over 14 years of experience treating orthopaedic and neurological conditions in a variety of settings. She graduated with a BSc. PT from Vinayaka Mission's College, India in 2004. Ansu moved to Canada in 2007 and obtained her license to practice in Ontario in 2008. She has also trained and is a Rostered Pelvic Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
In addition Ansu has furthered her education with the APTEI (Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute, Canada) where she focused on lower back, SI joint, shoulder, elbow and wrist conditions. She has also applied this learning to rehab for post hip and knee replacement patients. In addition, Ansu completed coursework in Neuro Development Techniques with Toronto Rehab, and completed Level 1 and 2 Canadian Hemispheres Courses for Stroke. She has applied this knowledge in treatment for stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis.
Her professional experience includes working in private practice and community rehab with Saint Elizabeth health Care. She has also worked at Wyndham Manor Long Term Care in Oakville, Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, and with the March of Dimes (Rehabilitation Foundation for Disabled Persons) in Mississauga and Shelburne.
