Trish is one of the founding partners dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality physiotherapy. Although running a business has challenges, Trish’s heart still lies helping people obtain the active lifestyle they desire.
From travelling with Olympians to making a difference in the weekend warrior’s performance, Trish understands that assessing and treating the root cause of the problem is essential. Decreasing symptoms such as pain and stiffness is a critical component of successful physiotherapy, but without solving underlying issues, these symptoms quickly return.
Staying current and being aware of best practices provides the most effective care. Trish recently completed a Master’s from McMaster University awarding her Fellow of the Canadian Association of Manipulative Physical Therapist (FCAMPT) status. This means that Trish has completed the highest level of training available in Canada for both sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. She has also completed advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and acupuncture. The drive to learn, combined with more than 25 years’ experience, provides an experience that cannot be beat.
Outside of her clinical and administrative duties, Trish still finds time to work with local and national sports teams. Her recent adventures include working with:
2022 Commonwealth Games Venue Cluster Manager - Medical
Field Hockey Canada
Cycling Canada
Canadian Summer/Winter Games – including being a lead volunteer for the Niagara 2022 Games
Artistic Swim Ontario
Athletics Ontario
Skate Canada
Top Prospects Lacrosse Showcases
Canoe/Kayak Canada
2015 Pan Am/Parapan Games
2017 Invictus Games
Her final role in sports is a Sports Mom. Finding time to raise 3 teenage boys and keeping her fridge full of baking and home cooking is Trish’s favourite job of all.
