From its inception, the philosophy at Physio Sport Med has been to provide a "one-stop-shop" for patient sport medicine and physiotherapy needs and to provide the best possible service to our patients. When you come in for an appointment our therapists are dedicated to you for the complete time of your booking. We don't rely on support staff and share our therapists with multiple patients at one time - it's all about giving you the best possible service. Not everybody does that!
At PSM we also believe in science. It's basic, but unfortunately not universal. We build our treatment plans on a wealth of evidence related to what treatments work, and we avoid unfounded trends or beliefs that one approach is good for everything. Having a combination of physicians and therapists on one team make sure that you are being treated with the best professional care.
We are also focused on making our clinic as effective as possible by using the most advanced technology and techniques. This allows us to provide a broader range of services. We also take this approach to the front office where it manifests itself in our ability to directly bill most private insurance companies to save you the hassle of mailing in forms and waiting for payment. We exclusively use electronic medical records to make sure that your therapist (or therapists) have a complete view of your case and history at the clinic.
Based on our name you can see that we have a special interest in Sport related conditions however we believe that regardless of your activity level or your age it's really all about getting you back to the best that you can be. We are here for everybody.
