Are you dizzy?  Suffer from vertigo and nausea?  Then Vestibular Physiotherapy may be the answer for you.    From Benign Positional Vertigo to Meniere’s Disease our staff is trained to get you back on your feet and get you to stay there.

The Vestibular system is in the inner ear.   When it is damaged due to falls, hits or illness, you are often left feeling dizzy, nauseous and like the world is spinning around you.  A complete assessment is done to determine the cause of your issue and a program is planned to reduce symptoms, restore function and balance.   Often the program will involve exercises to retrain the system and restore health to the inner ear.  Therapists at Physio Sport Med can also manipulate the crystals of the inner ear through prescribed maneuvers.  This is a reliable and very effective way of treating BPPV, the most common cause of vestibular symptoms.
