Pelvic Health Screening Questions:
- Do you ever have leaking with coughing, sneezing, running or activities that involve jumping such as skipping or on a trampoline?
- Do you think that it is normal to leak a little after pregnancy?
- Do you go to the washroom (urinate) more than 8 times a day?
- Do you have to go to the bathroom as soon as you have the urge, or you are scared that you might leak if you do not make it to the bathroom at times?
- Have you been told you have organ prolapse?
- Do you experience vaginal dryness?
- Are you in menopause and have frequent urinary tract infections?
- Do you have chronic low back pain that travels to your legs and prevents you from doing things you like?
- Do you have pain, or have to reposition yourself with sex?
- Do you have a bowel movement less than every three days?
- Do you have chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate that lasts for 3 months or longer) leading to abdominal or pelvic pain?
