Michael attended The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and graduated with honours in April 2018. He received the Sports Outreach Specialization Award, Hospital Placement Specialization, and took part in the Trimesters: Massage for Pregnancy Course.
Michael is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association.
His background in competitive sport allows him to understand and treat common injuries found in the athletic community. During the 2018-19 hockey season, Michael was the Head Trainer for the Vaughn Kings Midget "AAA" team of the Greater Toronto Hockey League. He has also worked with athletes participating in other sports such as lacrosse, volleyball, golf, CrossFit, powerlifting, running, cycling and martial arts.
He has a strong interest in restoring natural foot function and helping others to understand the importance of strengthening their feet to create a stable base of support. He is a functional footwear advocate, who is helping to make a change in the way feet are commonly viewed and the misconception behind common foot pain.
